The inspiration for PuppyLaPu is my son Niko (my part Poodle/part Maltese dog). I rescued him last year when he needed a home and from that day on both our lives changed. I didn’t expect to love him as much as I do but what a wonderful experience it’s been. I don’t just think of him as my best friend, I think of him as my son.
Spurred by our passion for animals, my mother and I decided to open a boutique that caters to our little furry loved ones. We welcome you to PuppyLaPu, the on-line doggy boutique where we strive to find unique, beautiful and fun doggy apparel. Here at PuppyLaPu you will find that we cater to the fashion conscious with impeccable taste, and like us, those that have a soft spot for their baby's (dogs) happiness.
We are so glad that you discovered us and invite you to come in and browse. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience.
Philanthropy
Our mission at Puppy La Pu is to make a difference in the lives of less fortunate animals. We hope there will be a time when there are no more homeless or unwanted pets. We hope that through your generous hearts you will help support this mission. All animals deserve a loving home.
These are the groups we support:
Best Friends Animal Society
Best friends is working with you and humane groups all across the country to bring about a time when there are no more homeless pets and that unwanted animals will no longer be destroyed, and every dog and cat can be guaranteed a good life in a caring home. Best friends provide assistance and training to people and groups who are trying to start a no kill community. www.bestfriends.org
ASPCA
The ASPCA mission, as stated by Henry Bergh 1866, is to “provide effective means for the prevention of animal cruelty throughout the United States.” Whether it’s saving a pet that has been accidentally poisoned, fighting to pass humane laws, rescuing animals from abuse or sharing resources with shelters across the country. They work towards the day no animal will live in pain or fear. Come join and help fight the end to animal cruelty. www.aspca.org
